Some of Joe and Cathy's favorite sights to see in Paris:

1) Eiffel Tower - If you want to ride to the top (pretty cool), be sure to go during an off-time or go with a tour to help skip the line

2) The Seine - Grab some wine, lay out a blanket, and soak in the views along the Seine. You can also go on a...

3) ...Boat ride on the Seine - You'll fall in love with the City of Lights, especially once you see it at night!

4) People watch at the Luxembourg Gardens - Central park has nothing on this place.

5) The Louvre - Take some Instagram-worthy pictures outside of this museum

6) Explore The Marais - Super hip, and has some of the best shopping and food

7) Basilique du Sacre-Coeur - Climb up to the Sacred Heart Basilica and get an awesome view of the city. Be sure to check out Moulin Rouge on your way down.

8) Avenue Des Champs-Elysees -Pop by the flagship Louis Vuitton store here, but don't forget your wallet...

9) Arc de Triomphe - You'll see plenty of this on your way to our wedding!

10) Palace of Versaille - If you have some time, pack a picnic full of meat, cheese, bread, and wine, and venture out to the Gardens of Versaille.

1) Les Bougresses ($$)- their ham and mozzarella mille feuille will blow your mind

2) Pur - Jean-Francois Rouquette ($$$$)- the tomato raviolis knocked Joe's socks off

3) Le Bistrot d'Henri ($$)- first time Cathy tried escargot and... she loved it!

4) Chez Robert et Louise ($$) - no frills French steakhouse. Be sure to grab a reservation.

5) Grab an espresso, sit outside, and people watch to your heart's content

6) Find a patisserie and grab some pastries and a baguette. You won't be disappointed. Don't forget to stop at a fromagerie to get some deliciously fresh cheeses to go with your breads!

7) Had too much butter (We know, no such thing)? Ippudo has a location in Paris! Sip on some hot ramen to refresh your palette.
